Liberty Empowerment Project

Updates and information about the Liberty Empowerment Project:

To educate people about their rights, and empower them to be active in the protection and preservation of liberty.

The creation and targeted distribution of 10,000 educational packets consisting of literature on the following subjects:
-The Philosophy of Liberty/The Nonaggression Principle
-Police Accountability/Know Your Rights When Encountered by Police
-Never Take a Plea Deal Concept
-Jury Nullification

We feel these subjects are the most critical to convey to the public; as they offer the most direct, immediate, and individually beneficial results in dealing with the ever expanding police state.

Keep them honest man! All powers should be kept in line with checks and balances. I admire your courage. Are you getting harrassed by them for the service you are providing to law-abiding citizens? Thank for the useful information you are providing. Please keep this message private because I am not as brave and smart as you and I can’t afford another attorney at this point in life.

While I agree that not all traffic stops are pleasant, and of course there are some bad elements out there, what is the alternative. Organizations like yours don’t ever seem to have solutions, just complaints about everything. What would happen if the police were not out there issuing tickets for speeding? What would happen if there were no speed limits? Are people driving while intoxicated committing no crime, because there is not yet a victim? The victims would happen in a lawless society, where people acted as they pleased, and injuries and deaths occurred as a result. Statistics prove that traffic fatalities go up proportionately as vehicle speed increases. Drunks drivers may not commit any driving infractions except for one time when they fall asleep and cross the center line head on into a family of 5.

So what solutions does your organization propose to make our country a better place, and reduce our prison population? Should we give all of the non violent offenders a mulligan and set them free? Many of the drug offenders in prison were on the streets robbing, breaking into houses, and committing crimes to support very expensive drug addictions. Are those victimless crimes as well?

I would love to see your organization attempt to do positive community service instead of pulling childish pranks driving around without front license plates and hoping for a traffic stop to make a point.

Can’t wait to see a response.

    • David, I feel and respect your passion for solution and I am eager to lend my opinion on all topics specified. I think that this site is simply doing an amazing job at bringing not only awareness, but critical and much needed action to a problem that has plagued citizens throughout the world. Authority is a huge responsibility and must only be awarded to those with the ability to see individuals as such. In any and all cases of crime there are all and any sort of personality behind the arrest. One can be arrested for drugs, but not be a dealer or a thief who broke into a home and then went out to buy dope. If we could determine the difference I think we’d be on to a solution. Ridiculous? I thought so, we can all tell between the two and so can any street patrol, traffic patrol, or other officer out on their beat. If personal frustrations are getting the best of them it means that it’s bad for us. A crime is a crime. You do it and get caught expect to do your time, but to have added attacks on undeserving individuals is absurd and criminal in itself. We are all amazing and very unique and different and that’s what makes the challenges of life so exciting in our stories and memories. The people who are paid to protect that way of life that we have grown comfortably accustomed to should, in a perfect world protect our life experiences in the most positive, informative and certainly the most neutral way possible. That was the job these men and women were hired to do. I respect them and thank them for the work that is needed of them and I also condemn the ones who lost site of that and replaced it with their own very bitter and actually, very sad reality. Again, thank you Dan for your point of view it shows that freedom and the passion for it thrives and will not be taken from any of us…individuals.

You all seem to talk a big game but you do not back it up. I ask you for help and you simple ignored me. I think you are all talk and do not really want to make a difference. The thugs and arrogant gun and badge carrying trouble makers are out there abusing average citizens. I do not think you are a part of any solution but blowing off you big mouth.

  • David…oops!

  • Thank you for a further fantastic content. The location else might anybody wardrobe type of data in that ideal method of crafting? I own a powerpoint presentation in a month’s time, and i’m within the hunt for this sort of data.

The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act and the brain initiative are the worst scams ever perpetrated on the American people. Former U. S. Surgeon General Regina Benjamin Warns: Biochips Hazardous to Your Health: Warning, biochips may cause behavioral changes and high suicide rates. State Attorney Generals are to revoke the licenses of doctors and dentists that implant chips in patients. Chip used illegally for GPS, tracking, organized crime, communication and torture. Virginia state police have been implanting citizens without their knowledge and consent for years and they are dying! Check out William and Mary’s site to see the torture enabled by the biochip and the Active Denial System. See Terrorism and Mental Health
by Amin Gadit or A Note on Uberveillance by MG & Katina Michael or Safeguards in a World of Ambient Intelligence by Springer or Mind Control, Microchip Implants and Cybernetics. Check out the audio spotlight by Holosonics.

“Former Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) director and now Google Executive, Regina E. Dugan, has unveiled a super small, ingestible microchip that we can all be expected to swallow by 2017. “A means of authentication,” she calls it, also called an electronic tattoo, which takes NSA spying to whole new levels. She talks of the ‘mechanical mismatch problem between machines and humans,’ and specifically targets 10 – 20 year olds in her rant about the wonderful qualities of this new technology that can stretch in the human body and still be functional. Hailed as a ‘critical shift for research and medicine,’ these biochips would not only allow full access to insurance companies and government agencies to our pharmaceutical med-taking compliancy (or lack thereof), but also a host of other aspects of our lives
which are truly none of their business, and certainly an extension of the removal of our freedoms and rights.” Google News

The ARRA authorizes payments to the states in an effort to encourage Medicaid
Providers to adopt and use “certified EHR technology” aka biochips. ARRA will match Medicaid $5 for every $1 a state provides. Hospitals are paid $2 million to create “crisis stabilization wards” (Gitmo’s) where state police torture people – even unto death. They stopped my heart 90 times in 6 hours. Virginia Beach EMT’s were called
to the scene. This is Medicaid Expansion and Medicaid and Healthcare fraud.

Mary E. Schloendorff, v. The Society of New York Hospital 105 N. E. 92, 93 (N. Y. 1914) Justice Cardozo states, “every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent, commits an assault, for which he is liable in damages. (Pratt v Davis, 224 Ill. 300; Mohr v Williams, 95 Minn. 261.)

This case precedent requires police to falsely arrest you or kidnap you and call you a mental health patient in order to force the implant on you. You can also be forced to have a biochip if you have an infectious disease – like Eboli or Aids. Coalition of Justice vs the City of Hampton, VA settled a case out of court for $500,000 and removal of the biochip. Torture is punishable by $1,000 per day up to $2 million; Medical battery is worth $2.05 million. The Torture Act creates a cause of action.

They told my family it was the brain initiative but the oversight board said it has nothing to do with the brain initiative. This requires informed, knowledgeable consent. Mark Warner told me it was research with the Active Denial System by the College of
William and Mary, the USAF, and state and local law enforcement. It is called IBEX and it is excruciating. If you are an organ donor, they volunteer you.

You should include “The Executive Summary: Neuropsychological and Electronic No-Touch Torture Report” by Robert Duncan. Virginia state police use the rifle version of the active denial system (check out William and Mary’s website) to torture and murder innocent citizens for the fun of it. They can induce heart attacks, strokes, aneurisms, and subconsciously talk drugged and confused individuals into suicide. Check out Terrorism and Mental Health by Amin Gadit. “Law enforcement will have us believe we are only safe if they know where we are at all times, what we are doing and what we are thinking.” page 9 in Safeguards in a World of Ambient Intelligence by Springer. The senate passed the HB 1735 banning torture. I have been tortured for over 7 1/2 years. State Trooper Jared Vance told my clients they come through the electronics in your home. Karen Rodriguez, VA DCJS, said no action will be taken against Shorty Wallin or Tweeds Lockshop for giving state police keys to my home. Officer Rodriguez states they can get keys to anyone’s home and steal and vandalize all they want. They have stolen over $225,000 worth of my personal property. I caught a uniformed Hampton police officer (I live in Newport News) and a state trooper 8675US exit my home using a key. Newport News officer refuse to respond to my calls for help stating this is between me and the Virginia state troopers. They have used ADS to induce two heart attacks inside of a month. That was Mike Hernandez who did it to me because the DOJ caught his dad hacking into my computers and breaking into my home. His name was Jose Hernandez. They should be in prison. Judge Arenda L. Wright Allen’s own clerk of court admitted to me that the judge knew I was in excruciating pain, but the judge refused to grant a motion for a cessation of torture. So much crime in one city. By the way, Virginia state police are the largest perpetrators of Medicaid fraud in the history of the nation. To ensure you keep the biochip on you, they try to commit you or falsely charge you. (Schleindorf vs. Society of New York Hospital.) The cops told me he was going to attack me. I told him I am not a violent person. He said you don’t have to be. I just have to make it look like you are and have an eye witness. This is what is truly going on in America. In Virginia implanting biochips is a violation of statute. So is rape, sodomy, grand larceny, perjury, and torture. Check out forbes dot com for Virginia’s Casual disregard of the Constitution. In order to bill Medicaid, they have to qualify, get the patient’s permission, but they don’t. States are given $5 for every $1 of state money spent on this Medicaid. Imagine, forbes says that 20,000 to 40,000 people each year are committed. That number has tripled along with the suicide rates. If everyone that was committed filed a formal complaint, we could bankrupt Virginia. Oh, wait. Virginia state police are supposed to investigate Medicaid fraud. You have to go directly to DMAS and request that they audit Riverside, Sentara, Dr. Stephen Cunningham, the CSB’s, social workers, emergency room doctors like Dean Franklin, Tamara Green, etc. If all these places have to repay Medicaid for fraud, we could stop this torture. Get this word out and lets make Virginia state police pay! Senator Kaine’s attorney and the senator are under the impression this is just a little tinnitus. It is not! it is No-Touch torture and it is excruciating. I have had 3 surgeries at the site of the implant and need another to remove more tumors. They knew it caused cancer when they put it in me. ER nurse Cassie Crippen was married to police officer Crippen and she tampered with over 960 records to keep police and Riverside from being sued. She didn’t even get punished. Margaret Jones accessed my records and spread them all over the neighborhood. The Board of nursing said that was okay. HIPPA isn’t important to the Board of Medicine of Nursing in Virginia.
